Breakfast a bit pricey.

Liked: Very warm welcome and help with luggage. Taxi booked for us. Rooms very well equipped and comfortable; easy to find.
Disliked: Really needs a lift.

Wouldn't stay here again

Great value for money

Liked: The staff were great, Komal on reception was very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money and a great location
Disliked: Room was a bit run down with a few things not working. Good enough for a one night stay over but not somewhere I would stay for a romantic get away or anything. Not a huge problem, but noticeable

Trip Advisor reviews are accurate...

Liked: Nothing - location would have been good for Clifton if it was a nicer hotel.
Disliked: We did not stay - the reviews on Trip Advisor are accurate. It is definitely not the 4* suggested on booking.com. Now a hostel, not a hotel (although hotel prices), the reception numbers do not work, there is not a reception permanently on site and access is by a code. It is run down, no air con and be reassured in response to asking about the bed bugs referenced on Trip Advisor, they regularly have the pest control come to the property. Really disappointed by the inaccurate ranking on booking.com - this is a hostel/hotel chain that does not seem to care.

Disappointing- don’t bother not worth...

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The staff were completely ignorant and tried to overcharge and tell me I was wrong about the payment I had made and rooms I had booked even when I showed proof. The rooms feel unsafe and are incredibly dirty.
