Breakfast a bit pricey.

Liked: Very warm welcome and help with luggage. Taxi booked for us. Rooms very well equipped and comfortable; easy to find.
Disliked: Really needs a lift.

no telly, no-one on reception...

Disliked: telly did not to work - wanted to watch the grand prix - part of the reason for our booking. nobody on reception, made several phone calls and complaints on line, and nobody attended to the complaint. it was horrific , sat there waiting for someone to ring back to fix the telly but nothing happened. no-one on reception . it is not hotel that's a motel

Convenient and budget friendly, but...

Liked: The room itself was fine, and the bed was comfy. Accessing the room and building via codes was useful.
Disliked: There was rubbish left around the bath, which made me doubt whether the room had been cleaned properly.At 2am, I had someone trying to get into my room using the code pad. I had to yell that they had the wrong room after repeated attempts, before they fell asleep on the floor in the hallway/landing outside my room. I didn't sleep at all after this point, and there was nobody working on reception to call or complain to.

Liked: Media extras on the TV like Netflix, the bed was very comfy and the room was cosy, good sized bedside tables and lamps. Clifton is a great location in Bristol and the price was excellent for this area. The reception was staffless when we were there but we received pin codes so access was smooth and it felt secure. Breakfast included too! Help yourself buffet. We will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: No all good!
