Breakfast a bit pricey.

Liked: Very warm welcome and help with luggage. Taxi booked for us. Rooms very well equipped and comfortable; easy to find.
Disliked: Really needs a lift.

Liked: The staff were very helpful allowing us to keep one of the rooms when we had two separate bookings on back to back nights, they also allowed us to check in at 11:30 pm as we had lost track of time.They also had a room with breakfast snacks, cereals, fruit etc which could be used for free which was a nice bonus.
Disliked: Unfortunately in my first room there was no light switch for the bathroom just a exposed fitting for the switch in the ceiling and the shower/bathroom tap dripped. This wasn't a big deal for me but might not be ideal for a light sleeper. There were no issues in any of the other rooms in the group so I must have just been unlucky.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great, staff were there to welcome us but there was a little bit of confusion over the light located in the bathroom but this was quickly resolved. There was a complimentary cold breakfast which was fantastic.
Disliked: I really struggled with the noise. I believe the room I was given was located directly next to a water pump potentially that work sporadically through the night to push up water to the upper floors. This made me wake up multiple times. I don't have any confirmation if indeed this was a water pump or not. But my point is: there was constant banging that took place that prevented me from sleeping or resting while I was at the hotel.

Liked: Great value for money, and a free breakfast to takeaway!
Disliked: The rooms were a little dated, and the bin was t emptied.

Poor

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean sheets and although bathroom was small it was clean.Good location, does have 3 parking spaces. A must in this area as parking is difficult.
Disliked: The hotel is in chronic need of an update. Tired furniture and carpets were stained overall a fairly substandard experience. And the smallest TV !

Disappointing.

Liked: Location ideal for restaurants and bars
Disliked: No lift. Reception not manned 24/7. Very limited parking at extra cost. Value for money not a patch on nearby other hotels.(
