Breakfast a bit pricey.
Liked: Very warm welcome and help with luggage. Taxi booked for us. Rooms very well equipped and comfortable; easy to find.
Disliked: Really needs a lift.

Disliked: Basic, automated system with no staff, corridor noise, foot step noise from above, very warm temperature with only a small amount of window opening to let air in.

Liked: The hotel rang me one hour before arrival to tell me they were cancelling the reservation. They told me to "ring booking.com", provided no options or recommended alternativesThis was better treatment than my colleagues got.One got told SHE had cancelled the room. Another got told nothing, but could not get into his room on arrival despite having a code and pin number. He had to sleep on the floor of a female colleague's room.That female colleague was the only one of the four of us who got a room despite advance reservation and pre-paynent.Her room was in an attic, extremely small and the lights did not work. And she had her (male) colleague sleeping on the very small floor space
Disliked: Phone call one hour before arrival cancelling booking of a pre-reserved and pre-paid room. Polite but minimalist explanation about overbooking, 'technical issue'.No alternative arranged or recommended.Terrible treatment of our group of four customers.I didn't get to see the hotel but the reports from the colleagues who did were dismal.
