Will stay there again should I be back in Sheffield.

Liked: Lovely attentive staff; comfortable room and excellent breakfast available. On my leaving day, for a very reasonable £10.95 I could eat as much as I wanted.
Disliked: None.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel - everything was fantastic.

Excellent for my one night...

Liked: Did everything it said in the tin. Large clean comfortable warm. Excellent hot shower.

Disliked: The doors were a bit loud so if you’re a light sleeper might not be the best

Liked: Staff is Polite and Friendly. The Front Desk Team is amazing . I travel alot and can say in Sheffield the only. Reason to come here is the staff and service.

Disliked: The room was dirty. Dirty carpet (more than one place), hair in the bathroom, and tiles were also dirty. Sides dirty too. Very very dated which wouldn’t be that much of a problem if it was at least clean. Walls were also dirty and had patched up dents everywhere including doors. My son had a dirty pillow case that was turned inside out and put back on the pillow + earring back in the bed. Disgusting!! Broken furniture. Horrible smell in the corridors. The Room was really, really hot and only one fan. Basically everywhere stains + finger prints stains. I would bring slippers if you need to stay. Breakfast wasn’t nice either including the walls floors …furniture which had dirt stains again. Must be a theme of this hotel. One chef in the kitchen (probably ill as constantly coughing), the choice and standard of food wasn’t great in my opinion.(scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans) Baked beans was cold and by the time you walked to your table the scrambled eggs too. Also chef dropped something in the kitchen on the floor behind a bin and he picked it up with kitchen thongs and putt it in the bin. I was wondering if the kitchen thongs were used again…..One day out of two they had croissants but they were old and hard. Next day no croissants. The other sweet option was a little cupcakes. Again one day they were hard as rock and the next day they were ok. No fresh veg. No gluten free options if anyone needed either. And if u need alternatives to milk u had to ask and the only option they had was a soya milk. You’re better off to drive to Tesco and get your own stuff or walk to cafe. I don’t normally complain but for £225 for 2 nights (3of us) this was very poor all over. Stayed in many places even less star rating and much cheaper but nothing was as poor as this one. As previous reviews mentioned lots of strange people hanging around. I definitely wouldn’t walk alone in the area in the evening.
