Will stay there again should I be back in Sheffield.

Liked: Lovely attentive staff; comfortable room and excellent breakfast available. On my leaving day, for a very reasonable £10.95 I could eat as much as I wanted.
Disliked: None.

Good value hotel, okay for...

Liked: Big comfortable bed in the king rooms, reception staff are super helpful. Convenient location.
Disliked: Doors banging all night, they could do with notices on the doors asking customers to be more thoughtful of others, or soft closers on doors.

Disliked: Evening food in the restaurant was poor. The vegetables in the meal were served cold.Not enough towels in the room. Room had 3 people staying but only 2 bath towels were provided.

NCP discount is a pain

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Staff friendly.
Disliked: The toilet flush was broken so we had to change rooms. To get the 30% discount in the NCP car park you need a hotel code apparently. Not given at reception. After calling NCP by pressing the button you have to tell them you're at the Best Western but more importantly you have to tell them it used to be the OYO. Then you'll get the parking discount. Unnecessary faffing about.
