Will stay there again should I be back in Sheffield.

Liked: Lovely attentive staff; comfortable room and excellent breakfast available. On my leaving day, for a very reasonable £10.95 I could eat as much as I wanted.
Disliked: None.

Pleasant

Liked: Free water at the reception is lovely especially in the hot summer. Nice staff and friendly.
Disliked: The room is too hot but luckily there are 2 fans in the room. With the sofa bed set for 3 of us and the room became too small to walk around.

Liked: The reception staff were warm and friendly
Disliked: The rooms were extremely hot, no fridge was in the room despite this being listed, there was damp in the rooms, windows were dirty the breakfast was a joke, the trays were empty, the dining area was dirty, took ages for more food to be brought out after asking several times, and then it came out cold, the worst experience.

Pretty good. Staff were friendly...

Liked: Didn’t like streaky bacon no choice of eggs. Didn’t appreciate herbs on mushrooms and tomatoes. Coffee was just warm.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable (not supportive). Needed air conditioning. But it was clean and tidy.

We originally wanted Fri &...

Liked: Clean room but NO AIR CON!!
Disliked: No Air Con but only a useless fan. Shower didn't work.Breakfast was very limited, no beans, hash browns or mushrooms in the hot plates when I come for breakfast. The coffee bar was a complete mess. No spoons or plates available.Tables was left full of dirty plates and cups.... nobody wanted to tidy them up! So disappointed in the whole stay.
