Good for 1 night

Liked: The staff was always available and nice. They responded quickly to our needs. The location of the place was very central.
Disliked: The room was not really what we were expecting (very old, somewhat clean, very tiny bathroom). Rooms are not very accessible. A little incident happened: during the night, the fire alarm went off for no reason that was explained to us. Only the morning after, we found out the issue caused by another guest, but if it had been an emergency, it would have been very problematic.

Liked: Did not stay here after locating the car park dump

Almost passable but still a...

Liked: Dina, the gentleman who greeted us, was so good and so friendly and did his best to sort out anything that needed to be put right. He would help with anything he could. He is definitely the biggest asset to the hotel. The breakfast was good and the chef and server were very kind and approachable.
Disliked: A lot of things could have been better. Most things in the hotel had seen better days and a lot needs to be done to bring it to any sort of standard. Some of the furniture would e turned down by a charity shop. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. There were kettles but no cups and saucers and the staff had been told by their managers that they were no longer going to supply tea and coffee making facilities to guests. This hotel has a long way to go to become even passable.
