Disliked: Problem with parking , hotel is in the lez zone Which means that not all cars can drive into the zone .Small parking and you have to pay 12 pounds a day .We have left just after one day.

Liked: The location, only a short walk from the train station, good value for money,the bed was very comfortable, the room a good size
Disliked: The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, found dirty tissues around the bath,only noticed when going for a shower in the morning,only one pillow on the bed, the staff didn't have any knowledge about hotel facilities, had to pull out heavy furniture to plug in the bedside lamp,the ariel wasn't in the TV,had to do that myself,the kettle is impossible to fill from the bathroom sink,had to use the cup and glass to fill it up which meant I risked spilling water on the carpet alot of the carpet in the room,stairs and hall looked shabby,when I complained about the shower not been cleaned the man at the reception wasn't interested, didn't write it down,couldn't tell the guests infront of me anything about left luggage and how to use it,when I asked for another pillow,the staff didn't appear to know where they were kept(different staff member to the morning).

Disliked: Slight deterioration in the room. Wallpaper peeling carpet stains.
