Liked: It was central and very handy. Booked because it said it had parking. Car park was overgrown with weeds, closed with a rusty chain and £10 a day. We didn’t use it…
Disliked: Had a kettle but no cups or tea or coffee. Said management had removed everything. For 3 of us only 2 glasses were provided. No housekeeper came in during our 4 night stay. Shower was hanging out of the tiles. Tv reception was poor. Curtains did not cover the window which had previously been a door (!) on street level

Liked: Central location
Disliked: There was a kettle no cups - 3 people 2 glasses - room not made up or cleaned no change of towels- the curtains were 18 inches short and there was steps outside right up to the window that people could look into the room - shower loose on wall and had to buy own toilet paper

Liked: It had parking and was close to city centre
Disliked: It was disguising it smells like 100 rats had died . The hall way hadn’t been hovered in years the was a woman that obviously lived a few door down from were we had our room and she had a dog that barked and she was screaming and shouting all the time. Never stayed in the hotel. We had to move hotel absolutely disgusting place.

Good

Liked: Staff ok. Good location for the Union Street, shops, bank etc. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Ensuite good.
Disliked: No lifts and lots of stairs. Bit confusing layout to get to rooms. Common areas, carpets, woodwork on stairs etc pretty grubby.

Liked: Location was great check in was easy and access to room was great.
Disliked: Room had a lot of stains on walls bed was very firm didn’t sleep great for the 2 nights. Bathroom was dirty. Kettle in the room but no tea or coffee which was odd.

Central which is good but...

Liked: Great location. Very central in Aberdeen
Disliked: Walked into my room to see so much dust on the head board lamp and skirtings. The shower was moldy and the shower head was covered in black mould.

Liked: Staff are nice enough
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean bed had mold on the bottom sides and room was roasting never slept much

Great location for a comfortable...

Liked: The location was close to the train station and bus station. We booked a family suite with two double beds. The room was spacious with wardrobe, dressing table and a sofa set. The bathroom was big and clean. We had a full English breakfast as well. There was option to leave our luggage after check out as our return ticket was at night. We stayed just for one night and we were happy with the place and location.
