OYO Eastbank Hotel

The bed was comfy and...

Liked: Location was good for where I needed to be and the staff were friendly
Disliked: Shared bathroom, restaurant and bar was closed, not really any parking except on the street but time limited.

Disliked: Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4 pm to check-in the host was not there and the two contact phone numbers provided by the host went unanswered. We had to make alternative arrangements and stay elsewhere. Having subsequently contacted the host by email to request a refund the host has declined to do so and has not given any explanation for letting us down. Given these circumstances we cannot recommend OYO Eastbank Hotel as a place to stay.

Liked: Clean tidy friendly

Disappointing and misled when booking.

Liked: Due to staff shortages and manager walking out the previous week, the bar was closed, no evening meals available and no lounge. Paid hotel prices for a B&B!
