Liked: I like the location, the lounge and bar area, the bed.
Disliked: The system of clocking at a specific time for breakfast. I would have preferred to be told you can pitch up when ever you like during the allocated time.

30th bday weekend and multiple...

Liked: The rooms were clean - and the location is quite convenient for the city centre and close to the sea.
Disliked: The mess that the Manager (Abhishek) did with our booking. We were a group of friends who booked multiple rooms and there have been multiple problems during our stay (and I wasn't offered a discount/compensation! - unacceptable).First of all, only 1 key card per room was provided because the manager said all key cards had been stolen by a group the prior month (odd). Then, a bed in our triple room was broken and we were offered another room - however, the room was taken and the customer showed up 1 day after this check in date - the manager did a mess also with the rooms. Also, no hand towels provided in the room. Not acceptable for a 3 star hotel to give you only 1 towel - especially after you pay 80£/per night per person.... Breakfast is very mediocre and no great selection, no fruit, no nice coffee/beverages - avoid the breakfast! Thankfully it was my birthday weekend so we all had a big laugh in front of the multiple incidents that happened...but the most unacceptable thing is not having been given any compensation back for the problems cause. Abhishek offered me 20% off for the next booking, however I have no intention to book at your hotel next time so this is not a compensation I intend to benefit from.

Liked: Nice breakfast staff friendly & attentive, location was perfect for our stay, great to have the extra option to have a meal & drink.
Disliked: Unfortunately couldn't get parked at the premises but no problem finding a space nearby ,thought the bathroom could do with a bit of tlc.

Disliked: Nothing bad to add maybe the only thing that breakfast finish at 9:30 :) but that’s not a massive issue
