Disliked: No staff around to check us in , room was filthy , random man that was staying in the hotel gave me a key with no number/key ring , felt really unsafe

Liked: We never stayed there was no one there to let us into the property and we emailed at least a dozen times
Disliked: We never stayed and wish to claimA full refund

Liked: THERE WAS NOTHING NICE OR TO LIKE ABOUT THIS ASTABLISMENT PICTURES THEY UP LOADED TO BOOKING .COM ARE FAKE THE PLACE IS A DIVE THE HOMELESS SHELTER WOULD BE CLEANER AND SAFER TO STAY
Disliked: Wow, I wasn't expecting 5 star luxury, but this was poor. The poor guy showed me the room, and I couldn't stay unclean unkept very dirty even this place need shutting down

Disliked: Everywhere was filthy mould on ceiling, bugs in bed, damp, breakfast wasn’t cooked properly and everything was filthy Everybody was complaining and left

Disliked: Deserted , no reception desk, the supposed to be reception is utterly dirty. Full of rubbish and droppings of dogs on the dirty armchairs and chairs. I will send the pictures
