Lovely, clean hotel.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. The room was basic but beautifully clean. Excellent location, close to the theatre, shops and beach. The self check in was explained well and easy to follow. Excellent value for money.

Adequate

Disliked: Supposed completely online check-in was a mini disaster starting with at least half a dozen e-mails in Arabic not English. Had to do face-to-face including cash deposit which wasted time and not how it was supposed to work

Disliked: Took forever to get the correct entry code for my room, the oven didn’t work, found this out after buying food to cook in it! Also nothing to eat it off or with!

Liked: We didin't received any breakfeast location was good
Disliked: The beds was so uncomfortable and we wake-up with neck pain and the staff was giving to us a wrong code for the room door and we holded front to the door until one of the member of the staff answered us on the chat.

Ok stay, would not stay...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Parking extremely limited, limited taxis, not the cleanest. Some very dated items. Room quite loud due to single glaze windows. Room was hot, there was a fan but it was so dusty there was no way we were using it. Little bit of a botched job for a lot of the converted bathrooms etc
