Disliked: The lift was out of order.The carpet was filthy.The tap would not turn off completely.Cut thumb try to stop tap dripping fast . People screaming and shouting and banging door up until 3.30 am.My wife asked them twice to be quiet to no avail

Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that my window wouldn’t shut properly. I reported it to the receptionist right away, and again before leaving for work. However, when I returned, the issue still hadn’t been resolved. Although someone did come to look at it, the window still wouldn’t close. I would be ok if it was a small gap but it wasn’t the case, I keep being assigned the same room every time I book, despite this ongoing issue. All I was offered was a heater, but that didn’t help with the cold draft and the outside noise that kept me up all night.

Disliked: We didn’t know there would be constant music blasting from downstairs at all hours from 3 pm to 1 am, loads of people in the lobby. The staff were rude and unfriendly. It is also located next to a rehab centre so there is always people outside the location too.

Disliked: Next door awake all night and morning partying and then arguing, slamming doors etc.

Disliked: No shower hose and No bath plug. Had to wash in the sink and staff did nothing about it.shaver unit not working and light burnt out obviously for some time. Torn towels and not particulary clean looking Essentially a hostel for the homeless
