Very handy

Liked: The location was amazing, only a 5 minute walk from a tube and bus station. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: The rooms could be doing with a freshing up decor wise and a more comfortable bed.

Liked: The lady on reception was so amazing! Anything you needed she was on it. Made you feel very welcomed. The cleanliness of the room was a bit on the poor side but it I'd what you pay for. i will be returning

Feels like home

Liked: Receptionist was kind. Location is perfect. It was not perfectly clean but its not disturbing us. Also its so close to bus station and train. Even at night it feels safe. Me, my granny and my friend we really liked here a lot. If we come again we will definitely stay here.

Liked: I am not sure i can say something I really enjoyed during my stay there.
Disliked: There was NEVER anybody at the recepction desk. Everytime we needed something (like checking-in), we had to disturb the recepcionist and her partner in what seemed to be an eternal marijuana break. from morning to evening. My old mother and I are not really conservative people, but there are some posture we expect from the receptionist.
