The hotel was good for...

Liked: Location was great for where we needed to be. Breakfast was good, service was good.
Disliked: Hotel was having an upgrade on the room key cards and we were unable to be issued with our own room key cards, so every time we wanted to get into our hotel room, someone from reception had to let us in which was very annoying and took quite a bit of time. Also the hotel was upgrading some of their hotel bedrooms, but instead of taking those rooms off line, they were still letting them be booked out, and the quality was very poor. One colleague had new carpet in their room but no doors on the wardrobe.

Scammers

Liked: Nothing at all this is a scam place wants 50 pound after you paid though booking.com and would not gave a key to room This happen to more then just me at the time so please don't book here at all as this a big rip off
Disliked: This place is a scam wanting money for nothing
