clean comfortable but very hot

Liked: room clean and comfortable. Chose not to have breakfast, but noticed that when another guest arrived late for breakfast after the kitchen was closed, they ran round to get her something.
Disliked: it was very very hot. There was only a small window to open, which hadn't been opened in advance of our arrival so the room was like a sauna. There was a fan which helped a little. no air con, but then I knew that when I booked, and it was very cheap. so excellent place to stay except in a heatwave

Disappointing for the price that...

Liked: Great for parking. Reception staff friendly. Although a bit noisy, the ceiling fan in our room was nice to have on in the hot weather.
Disliked: The bed mattress was very hard, the room ceiling had a stain on it that looked like it was from previous water damage. The ensuite shower and toilet room was tiny. Lots of stairs to get to our room. Breakfast was disappointing, small portions, cold baked beans, dry chewy bacon. Not much choice for cereals either.

Liked: room and breakfast OK
Disliked: I asked about London driving restrictions and fines, and they said no, I they were outside of these restrictions and so no fines. They lied, they were in the ULEZ zone and I should have paid the ULEZ fees, I was since fined £90 for each of the 2 days I was in London, first fine for driving into the hotel and the second for driving away.

GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO PUBLIC...

Liked: ROOM WAS CLEAN. BED LINEN AND TOWELS CHANGED (2 NIGHT STAY). CAR PARKING ON SITE INCLUDED WAS VERY GOOD , BREAKFAST WAS GOOD ,GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT- 195 OR E8 BUS TO/FROM BOSTON MANOR TUBE STATION WITH ACCESS TO HEATHROW OR THE CITY ON THE PICCADILLY LINE
Disliked: ROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR WAS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE WITH LARGE SUIT CASES AND 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS

BRILLIANT COULD NOT FAULT ANYTHING...

Liked: THE MAN ON THE RECEPTION WAS SO HELPFUL

Good

Liked: Large comfy bed. Clean. Good restaurant in the hotel. It is Indian, but we asked for mild food, and we really got mild one (which does not happen often). Good value.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved. We had a lack of gluten-free options. At least gluten-free cereals would be great.

Superb

Liked: Team at the desk were brilliant and very helpful.
Disliked: No plug for the bath, but shower was great.
