Value for money
Liked: I like the car park, parking is very complicated in london. If I go any other place I would have paid parking fee is same to my booking price.
Disliked: Need some renovation

Disliked: Old man on reception was crying because I asked him to let me in my room. They gave us 1 keycard at check in even though there was 2 of us. I asked for 2 cards please they said that's not possible. My work colleague had the key & went out to the pub so he took the key. They did not tell us to leave the key at reception when he went out, we are not mind readers. I went to buy some food & went back to reception to asked to be let in my room as we only have 1 keycard & my colleague had it in possession. The old man had a strop & was really confrontational asking why he didn't leave it in reception. Very poor management & communication skills. Simple solution old man. If someone asks for an extra key, charge them a deposit so when they will then bring it back, it's no problem, no need to be childish & stroppy. Will not stop at this hotel again.

clean comfortable but very hot
Liked: room clean and comfortable. Chose not to have breakfast, but noticed that when another guest arrived late for breakfast after the kitchen was closed, they ran round to get her something.
Disliked: it was very very hot. There was only a small window to open, which hadn't been opened in advance of our arrival so the room was like a sauna. There was a fan which helped a little. no air con, but then I knew that when I booked, and it was very cheap. so excellent place to stay except in a heatwave
