Wonderful staff

Liked: Jackie and Kelley very helpful at all time Staff was great support and help Any help needed they all wonderfull
Disliked: Last minute changes not informed correctly once relocated wonderful stay

Lovely stay, couple of tweaks...

Liked: Location was good, property was clean and good value for money
Disliked: Some door handles were loose and the shower didn’t work

Liked: nothing
Disliked: I booked for a night on the site when the guest house was closed for refurbishment but still advertised on your site . I rang the owners who are based in London who told me the guest was closed and promised a full refund ....i have only recieved £2 so am not impressed !!!

Liked: Got to the hotel and told that we were going to go to a different hotel 2 miles Away from the original hotel
Disliked: Because they gave me the wrong hotel and had to walk 2 miles

Poor communication

Liked: As the Belvedere was closed for maintenance we was relocated to the Carlton hotel this was imense lovely hotel room was what it was for what we paid bed was comfy tea was plentyfull lady on reception was first class and so helpfull would deffo return to the Carlton
Disliked: Belvedere was closed fo maintenance but we was bot informed of being relocated until we got to the door and there was a number to ring Very poor communication

Liked: For a start it was was empty no-one there but u took the money kept sending texts to us had to be relocated so not a good start
Disliked: That you advertise on booking.com take people's money when your clearly not even open

Overall good stay will definitely...

Liked: Location, friendly staff
Disliked: Price of food drinks ie tea and fact that no bacon or sausage is served
