1 night stay - Good...

Liked: Well received, everything we needed. Good bedding and personal bathroom.
Disliked: simple breakfast, just what you need to start the day

Liked: Excellent location, very close to lot of attractions (by foot), Victoria coach and train station.. The staff was very kind and halpful.
Disliked: Our room was so small and uncomfortable, close to entrance of hotel and noisy.

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Dirty, cramped, hot, noisy, staff don’t answer the phone, everything is tatty and stained. Not a place a would visit again on my own let alone with a 6 year old child

Liked: good location, good breakfast
Disliked: indifferent receptionist, no air condition, only a filthy electric fan, tiny bathroom, poor facilities, more like B&B, instead of hotel.

Location nice, hotel weak

Liked: Location - not exactly on the main street with restaurants, trafic and busses, but it was quiet area and still close to the city center or Victoria station
Disliked: Breakfast were very cheap and not tasting good at all - I am not even fancy in terms of the food. Missing small things like shelves where you can place your clothes or hanger for a small towel.

Pricey for what you get.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: So because Im Canadian...this room once converted into Cdn dollars is a lot of money. So with no air conditioning...insufficient fans....tiny rooms smelly hallways and terrible pillows it was a lot of money for me. Staff was good...helpful but this property needs some updating esp for summer guests. Hallways need paint and carpets updated. Location was good.
