Fantastic Location

Liked: Fantastic location. Close to everything. Clean and nice that it was a smaller hotel. Breakfast provided was continental and had options
Disliked: Double bed was smaller than we anticipated. Room was also extremely hot. It was approx 30degree weather in London that weekend but even with windows open, Room retained the heat. The fan was on but unfortunately not very powerful. Imagine this mightnt be an issue in cooler months but slightly more powerful air-conditioning could be beneficial for warm summer months.

Liked: The location was great, close to public transportation! Walking distance to many sightseeing!
Disliked: No A/C the carpet was disgusting, the sheets had yellow stains, and the pillows were very old and flat! The place needs more TLC!The breakfast is not so great!

Disappointing and expensive

Disliked: Room too small hardly any room to get in the bathroom. Breakfast very basic with no staff available. Unhelpful staff when asked him if he could book us a taxi. Definitely not worth the money we paid have had better service in cheaper hotels.

Disappointing, tatty and overpriced.

Liked: We didn’t go for the breakfast as the condition of the hotel overall put us off.
Disliked: The hotel was shabby and in need of decorating. No where to safely store out luggage as we’d arrived early. We were in an upper floor room with no lift and no assistance with luggage. We noticed that the price being quoted on booking.com on the day of our arrival was far lower than we’d paid, despite booking well in advance.

Liked: Well placed and easy to get to. Room small but clean and well presented. For the price point, it was all that i needed.
Disliked: All ok

Expensive for the type of...

Liked: Nothing, in all honesty.
Disliked: The room was dirty with marks up the wall, doors, legs of the table, the chair and the bedding had stains on it.Breakfast was served between 8-9 which wasn’t any use for us as we had to be out by 7.15am.

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Staff felt unwelcoming, receptionist was on their phone texting when we asked questions and seemed disinterested. Rooms very basic as expected but the little dressing table was hanging off the wall, the bedside lamps didn’t work and the carpet was dirty.
