Great location and value for...

Liked: The location worked very well for the purpose of our visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst compact the accommodation was comfortable and clean. Thanks for the cooling fan in the room. Breakfast was great!

Disappointed.

Liked: Good for victoria coach station.
Disliked: Breakfast not early enough for catching a coach. 6 flights of narrow stairs with no handrails or a lift. Few details on the website

Disliked: Booked a standard double room the bed was extremely small would say only 4’ so not a double as bookedRoom extremely hot so trouble sleepingPaid for breakfast and was expecting a normal hot breakfast what was available was cold meat cereal toast so description should be continental breakfast onlyMilk was not fresh so my breakfast consisted of toast and water definitely not what I was expecting

Disliked: It is very small for the family. At this day 15.08.2025 is very hot in the room. The room was without air conditioning, the window was very small. It was a room in the basement.

Liked: Excellent location, very close to lot of attractions (by foot), Victoria coach and train station.. The staff was very kind and halpful.
Disliked: Our room was so small and uncomfortable, close to entrance of hotel and noisy.

Disliked: Dirty, cramped, hot, noisy, staff don’t answer the phone, everything is tatty and stained. Not a place a would visit again on my own let alone with a 6 year old child
