Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Poor communication. We contacted the property to request a date change and were ignored despite two telephone calls. We were only told we could not alter the dates until after the stay date. I would not recommend this hotel or the OYO group.

Clean and convenient. friendly staff.

Liked: Convenient, clean, value for money & friendly staff.
Disliked: Noisy pigeons on building plot behind. It was a very hot weekend so windows were open. Nothing they could have done about it! A fan in the room would have been welcome!Lifts didn’t work but we were happy to walk.

Average stay

Liked: Good location, very good room size
Disliked: Bathroom pan was stained

Perfect No stress weekend away.

Liked: The staff are really friendly..if you ask for something ..they will do there best to accommodate you.
Disliked: The plumbing just needs sorting.

Do not book there

Disliked: I was called by the hotel just before checking in that the hotel room was no longer available for the night but that I would be refunded within two weeks. I agreed and booked another hotel for the night. It has been three weeks and I never received a refund. I called a few times, was told the refund was in process but I’m starting to believe this was all done intentionally. Booking.com has no record of it happening either, I wonder if they’ve done this before? Do not go there

Liked: Parking on site.
Disliked: It’s a very large, old building which the owners are obviously doing their best with, but it’s generally shabby and scruffy.
