Basic room, no frills but...

Liked: Size of the room was huge but it was a bit jaded.
Disliked: The neighbouring room had late night visitors and it felt unsafe for a female traveller on her own. Couldn't sleep because of the most and safety issue

Liked: Good location, was comfortable for our need’s
Disliked: It was relatively clean but the sofa bed was quite stained and dirty, however the actual bed part of the sofa bed was clean

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hotel is clearly undergoing a renovation but has a long way to go. There were workmen sitting on the floor in corridors. The carpets in the corridors are threadbare, the furniture in the rooms is ancient and looks like it has been recovered from a rubbish tip. Water stopped flowing from the shower rose when it was lifted above shoulder level. The lift was out of action, has clearly been so for some time and we were on the 4th floor. There was no remote for the TV and when I went down (the 4 floors) to reception to get one, the one I was given didn't work, so I had to go back. The free parking I was assured would be available didn't materialise and we ended up being fined for overstaying the street parking we had to pay for.

Liked: It was walking distance to the pebble beach and town.
Disliked: The first room we were given was really hot because the towel heater rack wouldn't turn off, and there were really hot pipes going up the wall in the room. We told the staff and they tried to fix it, but couldn't. So we were moved to another room. However, the carpet was wet in the corner, through the wall from the shower.

Liked: Great place to visit, a short walk from the beach. Loved the building and facilities, the staff was amazing and lovely also.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: The bed is big.
Disliked: It's better to have a TV in my room, as stated in the hotel booking details.
