Almost perfect, not quite though.

Liked: I loved the customer service it's exceptional. I booked my room for 2 days and they did a wonderful job at the front desk.
Disliked: Just a few things I just didn't like. 1- The blood on the sheets. 2- The charging ports did NOT work. 3- No housekeeping,no change of sheets,no New Towels. It's really unfortunate to have paid all this money and not be able to have at LEAST a clean bed and clean room.
