Liked: The size of room was perfect and the layout. I loved the little balcony. It was perfect.
Disliked: The only thing that we didn't like was that one of the elevators was broken. And hasn't been fixed in almost 2 weeks now. The walk is far to the other elevator. And I can't really use the stairs. Only on good days it's ok. Guy

Staff was not pleasant.

Liked: Disappointed that staff double charged me for the reservation after booking on Booking.com. Staff said that they “couldn’t find my reservation” but I paid directly on B.C. Forced me to pay them directly and wouldn’t communicate with B.C after I had showed them that it was fully paid for and forced me into a higher tiered room with a higher rate.

Liked: Me and my spouse uses as a staycation swimming pool the dinner offered complimentary breakfast is amazing and the staff is wonderful

Disliked: There was about of noise all night in the hotel pool area. Drinking and smoking and loud talking very late into the night.I called and asked the front desk to address it.But it continued until after 1am. The air conditioner riddled and was loud the room had old furniture and furnishings and the floor had holes. I was very disappointed . As I was traveling on business and couldn't find another hotel last minute. So I stayed and dealt with it.I will not stay there again. Unless the quality is upgraded. There are too many other choices available.
