Pleasantly surrpised and will come...
Liked: Location was great! walked to Gonzaga and downtown! Friendly staff and super helpful
two reasons I had tickets to the GU game and coudnt print so they helped me out with that. Also I checked out at 11am but didn't want to carry my bags so they stored them for me for a few hours. Will come back for sure!

Liked: I liked the location and plenty of parking. Easy access.
The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and the breakfast was delicious!
Nice little bar area to relax and have a drink.
Disliked: The room was very odd. With the bathroom sink and counter right in front of our bed and a small toilet and shower room. Had an awkward set up.

Liked: The facilities are very nice, the staff are kind and attentive. The room we had was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect for the kids depth-wise and they actually understand how to manage the chlorine levels.
The restaurant area was nice - adequate seating, even on a night it was fully booked. I appreciated that there were 2 TVs - one with the standard news and another with kid-friendly shows on.
The location is good - nice views and close enough to everything in that area to be a convenient, short drive.
Disliked: Food: The complimentary food tended to be very spicy. The soup and salsa at the evening reception and the hash browns at breakfast were heavy on cayenne / spicy stuff. I didn't mind, but not so kid friendly. Pool area: sadly the jets in the hot tub didn't seem to be working - so less of a relaxing soak and more of a "bath time with strangers" situation. Also there were definitely not enough chairs. I think there were maybe 7 total? A few more and another table would go a long way. Room: the shower got very noisy (loud, whiny sound) if you had the hot water on too high. Not really an issue, but annoying if you prefer warmer showers. Parking: beware that if it's a busy night / weekend, you may have to chance parking over by Pier1. We went to a show and got back around 930 and there wasn't a single spot left. The store parking lot is connected and there's a key card entrance on that side of the building, but the posted signs saying non-Pier1 customers would be towed was concerning. That late at night, with a tired 6yo in tow, I just took the risk knowing we were leaving before the store opened on Sunday.
