Fabulous facility, people and location! Staff went above and beyond providing FREE transportation to the Lauren Daigle concert at the arena and to the Bigfoot Wrestling Tournament at the Podium! Such a great weekend. Free breakfast was AMAZING. Kids had healthy choices - can’t wait to come again!

Front desk staff are great.

Liked: No pool. No steam room (cold and smelled like dead body black mold). No hot tub. No sauna. ALL were “Out ofService”: when I spent thousands of dollars to “bucket list” my 87 year old Dad down (from Vancouver, Canada) for WILDLY EXPENSIVE tickets to last Sundays NCAA MENS BASKETBALL sweet 16 semi’s????Location was good - river walk.Breakfast served was not.Room was riverfront and ok.Staff (front desk) were great.
