Liked: Cleanliness and great staff.
Disliked: First room was cold but we were given a new room.

Fabulous facility, people and location! Staff went above and beyond providing FREE transportation to the Lauren Daigle concert at the arena and to the Bigfoot Wrestling Tournament at the Podium! Such a great weekend. Free breakfast was AMAZING. Kids had healthy choices - can’t wait to come again!

Disliked: Shuttle no show left us stranded in a dangerous location with my disabled wife having to walk back to the hotel in the middle of the night.

I really loved this hotel...

Liked: we were nicelt welcomed we received coupons for free drinks including our kids and we also enjoyed breakfast the follxowing morning
Disliked: maybe just how tiny the bathroom is

Disliked: We had a room that was seriously in the lobby! The elevators were on the wall were the beds were. So loud and noisy the whole time.

Liked: The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I was able to work and get some sleep as intended.
Disliked: Since there was a youth volleyball tournament at the convention center, it was overly crowded and loud at the breakfast service. What I thought was complimentary drinks and breakfast was billed as "amenity fee" whether I used it or not.
