Great room, great view, charges...

Liked: I liked the location, being on the first floor, gift shop options and staff.
Disliked: The amenities fee charged.The ice machine not being available.The workout facility not available.Not having any heart burn options available in gift shop.

One of our best stays!

Liked: A beautiful hotel with outstanding staff. We had a bay-view room—absolutely incredible! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary meals and drinks. The breakfast was perfect, with eggs cooked to order in any style. The hotel also features two saunas (Turkish and Finnish) and a pool. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Seattle!

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: They kicked us out of the parking lot over night and had to Carry my wife's, sons and my luggage to an adjacent parking lot.

Not worth the price point

Liked: On site parking, pillows where soft
Disliked: The facilities were filthy, the steam room had mold, the roof of the pool had mold, the hot tub and pool water was off color, the weight room/ fitness center was closed (something that's isn't disclosed anywhere) and under construction. Also the towels in the hotel room had random hair in it when I unfolded some of them.
