Liked: Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold choices. We also appreciated the social hour in the evening.

It was acceptable and comfortable...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff was accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hallways and elevators needed vacuuming. The reception in the evening was poor compared to Spokane Valleys offerings. Just soup and crackers in Pendleton.

Disliked: Pour value, small bathroom, cheap tv with pour picture quality, remote barely worked, don’t clean the rooms every day, breakfast is a joke they have to serve you and they make sure to give you the smallest amount they can and it was cold and tasted bad, no coffee in the coffee maker. You can tell they train the staff to skimp on everything but they charge a premium for the rooms. Terrible vale for what it cost

Liked: Clean comfortable rooms.
Disliked: No restraunt-small grill in the bar.Breakfast included- very limited servings dished out by staff cafeteria style..(1/4 c scrambled egg 2 small sausage links, cold potatoes). "Juice" was flavorless waters..

Liked: Location , price, breakfast and happy hour
Disliked: They had an extremely bad issue with ants in the room!!! We reported it to the front desk and they said they would compensate part of the room cost, but never did.

My short stay was nice

Liked: I didn’t check in till 10:30 PM so I didn’t get to see a lot plus, I was really tired. I did not go downstairs for breakfast cause I wanted extra sleep. I was on the third day of driving 8 to 10 hours a day.
Disliked: Nothing I know of. Went straight to room and in morning went straight to car.
