My stay was nice

Liked: What I liked about this facility wasn its convenient location-everything was within close proximity, including Hearst Castle, wineries, restaurants, the lake, the beach, the movie theater, and the park. The staff, particularly the kitchen attendant, was kind and respectful, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall everyone was polite.
Disliked: What I did not appreciate about this facility was the unexpected $50.53 charge to my card. When I called to inquire about it, I asked, "Why was I charged an extra $50.53?" the receptionist informed me that she could not provide an explanation, but that a refund had been issued on their end. However, I did not receive an updated invoice or confirmation showing the refund to my card. This is the first time I have experienced an issue like this.
