Liked: Comfortable..clean.. front desk and bar staff nice..Not so kitchen /breakfast server..
Disliked: The breakfast was below average for mid/upper class hotels.Minimum options.. no fruit.. meat was cheap quality sausage links...no bacon. only eggs nasty/bland scrambled out of a box!! No bacon or other meal options.. Server only gave child portions ans wasn't rude just not friendly.Yiu wanna see a good.m A-1 breakfeast and welcoming staff.. Cross the street to Holiday inn express in hermiston.Next time.. going to go there.. the $10 extra bucks well worth it

We had a quiet room...

Liked: It was nice being able to bring the dog, the free drinks were a nice touch, and the room appeared clean.
Disliked: Front desk folks were friendly, sometimes to chatty and the wait time often took quite a bit of time. I recognize the challenge in balancing service with speed, but when a line starts to form, adjustments are needed. Overall all the staff were more than friendly. The breakfast was so-so and more staff could have improved that, it was slow and not stocked/restocked, but expected with a small staff.

Exceeded my expectations

Liked: Nice comfy clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner bars were fantastic to have. Coffee tasted amazing. Front entrance staff were very kind and helpful. Bed was a little too hard but otherwise i would absolutely visit again. Was better than expected.
Disliked: Bed was too hard.
