Great location, clean but wouldn’t...

Liked: The location was excellent and the room very clean, all instructions very clear on how to get to the room etc
Disliked: The room was extremely hot no fan and couldn’t leave the window open had to put a pillow to wedge it open

Passable

Liked: The room was quite small TV didn't work and there wasn't enough te, coffee, sugar and milk.
Disliked: The staff were rude my partner had an epilepsy fit and wouldn't let her rest for an hour to recover.
