Disliked: We were moved to a different hotel as I complained because our room was essentially still under construction and, in my view, not acceptable for occupation. Whilst I am also unclear on the fire strategy, the doors were not sealed and too light to be fire doors. We were promptly upgraded when the host realised I knew what I was talking about.I would not stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Mattress needs replacing. Shower bracket broken. Tea/coffee not refreshed

Really good.

Liked: Oxford St itself is really good, and The Grapes pub is an iconic place to drink. I was there for a concert so missed most of the dining / drinking experiences but I will return for a proper night out sometime.
Disliked: BIt of confusion regarding getting into the place as they are in the middle of modernisation, but once in the room was really good. Phone support was helpful and knowledgable. It didn't affect my evening out at all.

Avoid like the plague

Liked: Where do I start?! Zero communication. Cold shower on a 3 day stay- constant noise day & night. Kettle not working. Dirty bedding. Steep stairs no breakfast.
