Liked: Location to Miami University
Disliked: For the weekend cost of just under $500 we did not have hot water. Only after running shower for 10 minutes was the water a barely tolerable temperature for a quick wash. Almost non existent water pressure to wash hair. Also bathroom door would not close and both the bathroom threshold and entry were broken and/or loose causing a tripping hazard. We had stayed here before but never had this issue.

Liked: Lobby or sign in building was locked and had a ring door bell camera. Had to talk to them through a ring camera. Was told to wait outside they will be there in 10 minutes. Gave me time to observe that it was definitely not an inn but a motel. Also gave me an uncomfortable, unsafe feeling about the place since I had to talk through a ring camera. This gave me time to decide to go to another establishment.
Disliked: Standing outside in the cold talking through a ring camera and told to wait for 10 minutes before someone will come to let me into the lobby to check in.
