Liked: I seen four cockroaches in the room one on our Bed above our heads
Disliked: The bugs

Liked: Nkce people clean room. Way better then the motel6 next door
Disliked: there was a couple cockroaches

Disliked: Bed was too high. No snacks in the snack machines.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The bed could have been lower as I am only 5 ft. I had trouble getting on the bed. Also, there should be snacks in the vending machines.

Management is unwilling to review...

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. With no problems, the location is good and the value of the room is worth it.
Disliked: I was accused of having a dog in my room. I have 3 large dogs that do not travel with me. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions, not once have I ever brought my dogs with me. I asked to speak to the manager several times. I asked for the manager to review the cctv. My request was denied. When I attempted to explain to the manager that there were dogs in the room next to mine, I was told there was nothing they could do once I was placed on the do not reserve list.

Liked: I was told that I could no longer stay at the facility. They said I had tried to burn the place down sometime in 2020. Which I never did nor would I ever do in my life. I am. Outraged with this accusation and no longer will I stay there even if they let me. Plus the guys wife smelled very bad and very much needs to shower once or twice a day. Also there is a lot of drug activities that are going on In the parking lot. A cooker even approached my 12 year old son. This is absolutely scary. Especially in the world we live in.
Disliked: The whole experience terrified me and my wife's new boyfriend.
