Liked: Hotel no longer has a pool and spa open. falsely advertised on here and Trivago.
Disliked: Staff were liars

Liked: Lovely hotel bet it’s beautiful in summer On plus side staff very friendly and helpful even posted my coat back to me when I left it in room at check out 5 ⭐
Disliked: Very cold

Extremely Disappointing Stay

Liked: Location rooms good
Disliked: Shortage of staff , no draft beer available, no price list ,. This was return visit and expected the same standard / quality and choice of food , extremely disappointed with the food being served , we were not the only ones another table sent two meals back . No long a pleasent experience, will not return ☹️

A joy

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they treated the dog as a special guest.
Disliked: Needed light by mirror when doing hair
