Liked: It was in a very good location. Very clean and cosy

A pleasant place to stay....

Liked: The hotel is in a Great location and has a really nice lounge and outdoor area for guests to use
Disliked: The rooms and bathrooms are quite small.Accomodation in Amsterdam is expensive overall. This was one of the better priced options but still quite expensive

Liked: The stuff is very friendlyThe location is centric next to the best attractions in AmsterdamThe outdoors terrace is beautiful
Disliked: You can hear everything from your roomThe toilets were not very clean

Very enjoyable long weekend in...

Liked: The location of the hotel was just outside Amsterdam 'Centraal' so was easily walkable into the city-centre.The hotel garden was charming.
Disliked: The room decor and furniture were 'tired' and needed refreshing.The public areas looked a little 'dated' but that is my personal opinion.

Disappointing

Disliked: No soap in the shower, very small room, breakfast had few options

Liked: The waiting room was clean and staff were kind
Disliked: They were over booked and notified us after waiting for 4 hours in reception. They did help us find other accommodations.

A very nice and cosy...

Liked: I loved the perfect location as well as our Room. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. It was also no problem to book the breakfast directly at the front desk the evening before, The staff was always very helpful and friendly. And the cat of the hotel was the biggest surprise, he is so adorable. Definitely will come again!
