Liked: Location and environment of the usual standard hotel.
Disliked: It's too cold in winter. Both the open common space than the room. In the morning the breakfast was done in the common space really cold and the employees were not always fast as should be.

Stunning hotel, would definitely stay...

Liked: The service from the get go was amazing at Ovolo! Really lovely to have a surprise anniversary dessert and card. Hotel has a luxurious and quirky feel to it and the room was really nice and big, with gorgeous views. Bathroom was lovely too. The location was a highlight. Buffet breakfast was nice too, barista coffee was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The room heating wasn’t working too well. Nice that there was a portable heater and blanket already in the room, but it was still quite cold, need to upgrade the heating and cooling of the rooms. The water temperature with the shower was temperamental at times. Wish room service was all night as well
