Liked: Beautiful, aesthetic, clean rooms.The pool and hot tub were excellent. The staff was fantastic. The free arcade games were great.
Disliked: The buffet breakfast was a contrast to the rest if the hotel experience. It was mostly cold food. The only warm items such as scrambled eggs were pre cooked items - except the croissants nothing was tasty. They didn't even have Wholemeal bread. Only a dry, store bought Sonoma branded bread!

Liked: Breakfast exactly the same each day . Food often very cold because the restaurant is freezing - people arrive from their rooms in coats to eat
