Broken spa, loud renovation works,...

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: Not being told in advance that sauna and pool were closed for the dates.In room spa was out of orderNot being notified of renovation works on the dates, the noise coming from the top floors was loud since 6.30am and did not allow for any sleep

Disappointed. Not a 5 star...

Liked: The reception team and the night team taking care and notice of the requirements.
Disliked: There were multiple issues with the in-room entertainment, internet and bed. The in-room entertainment was not functioning and required multiple staff visits throughout the evening and morning which was off-putting. The internet was flaky at best and was related to the issue above but made an impact to the enjoyment of the space. The bed was subpar and because it was joined in the middle it had a noticeable Ridge but also as it was normally 2 beds had worn in dips on both sides which made it uncomfortable. Lastly none of this was acknowledged at checking out in any fashion and was met with overall ambivalence.
