Great option in South Yarra....
Liked: I booked this room because I'd had to leave another reservation and they quickly and easily accommodated me. I'd also made an error with my reservation (1 night when I needed 2) and, again, the staff was able to help resolve for me.

A great authentic Melbourne stay
Liked: Very high customer service they were friendly, accomodating and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Beds were super plush.
Disliked: Double bed rooms were small for a couple however we chose to upgrade to a king room once we arrived. The team were accomodating and understanding. Would highly recommend.
