Liked: It's a unique experience in terms of the rooms & location , the breakfast experience not so , we waited 40Mins before anyone even approached our table , the whole breakfast situation was a chaotic mess .. further more the chairs were extremely marked & stained, very very dissatisfied.
Disliked: The room was clean and comfortable

Liked: Close to Floriade
Disliked: Very noisy on the main road. Service was very poor and disorganised. I got a piece of glass in my foot from the carpet in the room

Disliked: We paid for breakfast. We had an awesome buffet on the first morning. Then they changed to Al a carte and did not advise us of the change. They were under staffed, the staff was unaware of the change. The service was slow. They forgot items. Items on the dishes we ordered were missing from the plate.

Liked: Always clean large spacious rooms. Moody romantic vibe.
Disliked: Mini bar is no longer included in the room rate I had no idea as prices were the same.

Disliked: We were given a room that smelt of smoke. We couldn’t contact the staff to explain.
