Great atmosphere, terrible room

Liked: The lobby, restaurant and overall decor is fantastic, great charm when you first walk in, or having a drink while sitting around the gas fire heater.
Disliked: The room is a total rip-off. $400 for the tiniest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Had to turn sideways to get down the side of the double bed. Bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable, there was little room to put your suitcase down to unpack, the bathroom at the end of the bed was small and the showerhead didn't work. On top of that you could hear the motor of the lift all night.Would not recommend!!!!
