Stays are always enjoyable but...

Liked: Property is always clean and staff is nice
Disliked: The room had seen better days. The cabinets were scratched really bad and just looked dirty

Liked: The hotel location was great, and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. We had lounge access and ate there both mornings vs. in the restaurant. While the selection was somewhat limited, the food was hot and tasty. The woman working in the lounge was very friendly. We did not use the other amenities of the hotel, but they looked nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately, for this level of hotel, the room was not as expected. There were plenty of bed pillows, but there not in great condition. The bathroom was in need of repair/renovation, and the tub did not drain well causing us to shower in ankle deep water. There was also no "do not disturb" door sign which caused housekeeping to enter without knocking.

Still my fav LBK hotel.

Liked: Great location. Good bar and restaurant. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The hotel just wasn't as clean as usual. Dirty towels were piled next to the coke machine in the hall and our shower had black mildew. Nothing horrendous, but surprising.
