Landmark stay

Liked: Spacious, elegant room with lovely views. Polite staff, who took the time to issue directions and instructions as needed. Hotel directly accessed Adelaide Oval, meaning no battling through crowds to reach our seats at the cricket.
Disliked: The wifi was very slow, possibly due to the large crowd at the Oval, although there was little improvement the next day.The room was tricky to set a comfortable temperature to sleep by.Why is tea always rationed? 2 people will need 4 teabags (of one type) in an overnight stay. Also, why no Earl Grey tea?

Liked: Room service breakfast, quick and delicious, staff who brought the food was well presented, friendly and professional Size of the breakfast was large
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like, have recommended to all family and friends to stay there especially if they are going to a game of cricket at the Oval

Liked: All the buttons to operate everything. Free welcome drink voucher was nice touch.
Disliked: Need a proper kettle for a good cup of tea.

Liked: As I recently had back surgery I requested a room with some extra pillows and one that was not too far of a walk. Not only did they provide a close room with several extra pillows they placed me in an assistance room. The bathroom rails and extra space in the room made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The extra thought into my needs made this trip much more enjoyable and comfortable.
