Stay was comfortable but not...
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Paid extra money for a king room with a view but the bed was a queen at best and we were placed on the 2nd floor with no view The front desk told me that their king beds weren’t as big as others ???? Also the view I paid for was a ‘Waikiki view’ …. Other buildings ???

Good location, Hotel has recently...
Liked: Good location in Waikiki. Has recently been renovated and rooms were nice.
Disliked: Very small shower. I paid extra for a view but when we got there they put us on 2nd flr with no view. When I questioned this they advised that all views were the same and no matter high far up you go there are no views to beach. We moved to the 8th flr and there was no view of the beach, so don't waste your money on paying more for a view.

Liked: Location was great, rooms comfortable and service was friendly
Disliked: We had a two-bedroom apartment, spacious and good views however there was no glasses, cutlery and crockery which was a bit unusual as it had a kitchenette

Liked: Room was spacious and clean could see the ocean from the balcony.Location was very central
Disliked: Sitting area on ground floor of hotel urine smell on one of the couches while waiting for taxi pickup reported to staff member
