Fantastic!!! Wish we could have...

Liked: Location was fantastic, staff were exceptional, it was so central to EVERYTHING the trolley buses were amazing, plenty of places to eat around the area the RockaHula Luau was fabulous and just across the road. Our room housekeeper Fina was just wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and the room was kept immaculate.

Disappointing

Disliked: When I booked the room it said waikiki view"-I was given the second floor, and the balcony was adjacent to a roof and I had a wall in front of me.The reception staff was not helpful at all and told me go complaint to Booking.com since I booked the room from them.It was a very unpleasant experience with the hotel staff.After talking with the manager they gave me the 4th floor with the same view .Please note that Waikiki view means NO view.

Good location and venue

Liked: Location, views, facilities
Disliked: The steps in and out of the pool were quite far apart and it was difficult to get out of the pool. So I didn’t swim the last few days. Rest was fantastic
