Convenient location with nice food...

Liked: The location is great in that it is walking distance to a lot of nice things (shopping, food, beach). It is also connected to Maui Brewing Company which I love. We ate and drank there a few times and enjoyed it a lot.
Disliked: The pool was smaller and more crowded than I had anticipated.

Magical.

Liked: Close to all the dining spots and beach. Stellar views.
Disliked: I don’t like that paying is $55/day. You would think that would be included in the price.

Disliked: Signage to bring luggage up to lobby confusing

Top Tier Location!

Liked: Location is phenomenal. It is why we booked Beachcomber and did not regret that decision. It is centrally located in Waikiki which reduces the amount of walking to destinations greatly. We were traveling with a six and seven year old which made this crucial for us.They also had an easily accessible water fill station on the main floor which we used numerous times per day.Lastly, and this is important given prior hotel experiences in Waikiki, the elevators were fast and efficient. No long waits.
Disliked: The room we had was on the fourth floor. Two double beds doe our family of four. For the money, I think I had unrealistic expectations about how nice it would be. It was just a typical hotel room. Somewhat tight on space. It worked for our family of four, but it wasn't somewhere we wanted to spend more time than we had to.

Well located, spacious rooms, generic...

Liked: Rooms were lovely, clean and well equipped although water / coffee would have been nice.
Disliked: Nothing is included! It felt like Vegas as you don’t even get a bottle of water in the room. The pool was very very small and packed. Staff on reception were hit and miss.

Great location, pool area small

Liked: Close to everything, can be noisy. The pool is no way near the size of the photos and is part of a cafe.
Disliked: Breakfast included is limited and not a great selection if you want healthy.

Would not return. Much better...

Liked: Location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The pool area. Four out of the six days, there were so seats around pool.Nothing available in rooms, not even a teaspoon.No designated smoking area anywhere. Had to stand on street.Not value for money. This is my 7th stay in Waikīkī and I can spend much less elsewhere with a beautiful pool area and a microwave and cutlery at the very least.I would call my view “partial ocean” rather than “ocean”. It was mostly city view. The furniture on the balcony was so uncomfortable it was impossible to sit there for more than 5 minutes.No comfortable seating in rooms. Entire room taken up by 2 large unnecessary beds.
