Great location, older hotel so...

Liked: Although the location was great
Disliked: the Hotel was noisy. You could always here what was happening on the street even though I was on the 11th floor. My room was also near the elevator and could hear everyone coming and going. I even had people banging on my door at 1am for no reason. I asked to move rooms as it was an adjoining room that was accessible which was not requited and the bathroom was very small. And the pool area was very small as well.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was relatively quiet and spacious.
Disliked: The room had crumbs and chips from check in that never got cleaned up (under the bed). The first day we had to call guest services multiple times to request housekeeping for a clean up of the room. We also had to request for glass mugs from guest services more than once as only paper cups were provided in the room. Guest services didn't want to provide packing tape for me to tape up a box (first hotel that told me to buy it myself).

Disliked: Holiday not long enough!

This hotel has everything and...

Liked: This hotel had everything. A great pool, the Maui brewing company for food and drinks and the Hawaiian Aroma Caffe located in the lobby and next to the pool. The happy hour and breakfast at the Hawaiian Aroma Caffe were exceptional Rooms well equipped, bed very comfortable, rooms very clean. Hotel right next door to malls and restaurants.
Disliked: We were only on the second floor but it DID NOT impact our stay.

Enjoyed been close to shops/beach...

Liked: Location was ideal
Disliked: For the price of the hotel , they could've at least supplied bottled water
