Disliked: Lack of laundry facilities. I had my whole family (wife and seven kids) and it would have been really nice to be able to conveniently wash some clothes.

Disliked: The pools were tile and slippery. My son slipped down the jacuzzi steps into the jacuzzi! My husband slipped going into the pool! They should have non-slip material on the steps.
