fine but not special

Liked: it was clean and rooms were nice, buffet was good but expensive
Disliked: Staff were a bit grouchy at times, maids didnt clean rooms until really late

Liked: I loved the pools. Lots of options. The food was really good too!
Disliked: I didn't love the beach. It was dirty and rough.

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: It is a nice getting away and is secluded. Property is well maintained, clean and has a nice pool. Every staff member we encountered was nice and accommodating. The various happy hours were nice.
Disliked: Not enough seating around the pool. People would “reserve” chairs by putting towels/ belongings on them early in the morning but never show up. The locals came with their families on Saturdays and Sundays for most of the day. Some came Monday afternoon. So less seating available for guests. Fitness “center” needs to be updated with new and more equipment and air conditioned.

Liked: Gardens and the pool are beautiful - I loved looking out at the gardens or enjoying them by the pool.
Disliked: Room was a bit dated but understand a reno is happening

Liked: A very nice resort to take your family, 3 outdoor pools, play area for kids, a nice pool bar, friendly staff, overall a nice hotel

Disliked: Lack of places to buy coffee, Workman on our floor and view was the back side of building. If i came back i would be wanting pool view, i booked 3 rooms 5 months ago in hope of great view
