Liked: The owners went out of their way to make sure that we had all the appliances to be self sufficient to make breakfast ans lunches in our room. The room was clean and newly renovated with taste. Amy was very amiable and made sure we were comfortable. She also guided us to find restaurants.
Disliked: The only drawback is the proximity to the railway. Some of the trains were loud during the night. Sandpoint/Ponderai is a busy train hub. Also, there is no chill area away from the traffic and the railway. It is a motel, you are either in your room or in the parking lot facing the route and track.

Excellent except for the trains.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bed comfy. Loved parking right in front of our door with pet and ski stuff.
Disliked: The trains were passing ALL night long. I would suggest supplying ear plugs for your guests.

Liked: Adorable decorCleanComfortable and very well equipped High end complimentary items ( coffee, soaps etc). Emphasis on sustainability!Allowed our small dogs in pet approved room!!

Exceptional

Clean motel with pleasant character,...

Liked: Room was very clean and had some original character. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the bathroom, except the door, worked very well. The rate was very reasonable, though the room was small.
Disliked: My laptop could not pick up the motel's wi-fi, even though my phone could. The bathroom door is sliding, and would open unexpectedly. The motel is located on a highway, with a railroad running parallel. The night trains were not frequent and did not bother us. I never met the owners or management personally, and therefore did not rate them. Everything was communicated by text, and I would not stay there again for the same reason I don't like self-checkouts at stores.
