Exceptional

2 night stay over for...

Liked: Location, restaurant & friendly staff
Disliked: Had to change rooms after 1st night due to unpleasant drain smell in original room. Not ideal emptying wardrobe, moving bags etc, but room was upgraded at no extra cost, and staff apologetic.

Very good

Liked: Beautiful setting and building, wonderful staff, beautiful room.
Disliked: Breakfast was a poor experience, the restaurant was significantly understaffed. We waited a long time to be seated. Several buffet items were waiting to be replenished. We waited until we'd almost finished for coffee and longer for team. The staff were lovely but there weren't enough of them.

Disliked: The breakfast staff couldn't even bring a coffee when it came it was freezing . I complained then oh my lord I took a sip of the next and it was tea and then brought me another cold coffee.I actually had to go and get my own.Ii expected to see Jeremy beadle come out with a camera.terrible finish and the staff argued with me like it was my fault.
