Overall, a pleasant stay.

Liked: The property was clean and well appointed and the front desk lady was lovely (sorry, I don’t remember her name). Due to a very noisy a/c unit right outside our door, she upgraded us to a King suiteAlso, if you take a wander on to the main road (Elgin Street), there are a number of places to eat. We enjoyed a nice meal at Johnny Farina, Italian restaurant!
Disliked: The outside looked a little ‘tired’ but it was fine inside and served our needs.

Disliked: We spent ab.40min by the front desk waiting for deposit payment - machine was not working

Adventures in Ottawa

Liked: Lovely suite of rooms, fully stocked with great products. In a great location, on a quiet street, walking distance to restaurants, the canal, Parliament and city attractions. We really enjoyed our stay in Ottawa! Highly recommend Embassy Suites!
Disliked: The bathroom was small but spotlessly clean and had wonderful products! Suite was very nice and kitchen fully stocked.
