Liked: The little touches in the room (Sleep mask and ear buds..the chocolate on the nightstand) were very nice! The room was impeccable. I especially enjoyed the rich varieties for breakfast and the to-go coffee. I wish there were more OTL locations as this would definitely be my go-to hotel for work and personal trips

Disliked: The tablet in my room didn't work. I spoke with 3 different people to get it fixed.

Needs lots of improvement for...

Liked: Staff are friendly and Hotel is clean. Free parking is convenient.
Disliked: Pillows are horrible. They become flat even if the visitor puts 3 together. That causes lack of sleep and nick pain.Hotel must not sell provide Starbucks coffee. It must provide Canadian coffee such as Van Houtte. I had to complain about a chef in the kitchen who worked at the eggs counter during Breakfast time. He didn't accommodate with my needs to make me an "omelette free bacon contact". A manager had to get involved!

Great hotel and spa but...

Liked: The breakfast and omelette bar are great. The room is nice but it is question bit small, especially the bathroom, considering we were on the 5th floor which is reserve for the premium experience which includes access to the thermal experience at the attached PAUS spa.
Disliked: I just didn't like that the washroom in the room was quite small. I wish it included a shower and bath tub. I also wish the room had more walking space, or that they had a suite room that was available.
