A lovely waters edge location...

Liked: This cottage is in a lovely situation right by the waters edge with plenty of wildlife and birds to look at. A really nice place to relax and a good base to explore the area. It is outside the main city area but this is quite close by car. There are two attached cottages and we stayed in the larger one which has plenty of space to spread out. It was very clean and comfortable and with a car it is a good value option to stay in Hobart. We would definitely return :)

A little piece of paradise,...

Liked: This accommodation was fabulous. Very peaceful, the cottage is directly overlooking the Derwent River, with lots of birdlife and seats down on the bank of the river to soak up the serenity!It is beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, lovely modern bathroom with a big bath and a fully equipped kitchen too. Couldn't fault it, the hosts were friendly, and even let us use their dryer to get clothes dry before moving on.Probably not the place to stay if you are relying on public transport, as you are a little out of town, but it was only a short drive to cross the river and you were in the CBD in about ten minutes.Highly recommend.

Liked: Beautiful location, wonderful hosts and the quality of the property was first class. Enjoyed watching the sunsets with a nice Tasmanian red. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of
