Best stay at Osprey Spa...

Liked: Had the best breakfast in the morning during my stay. And the dinner was the best my favourite was the steak sandwich with chips on the side.
Disliked: N/A everything during my stay was fine.

Had been looking forward to...

Liked: Hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly. Food at breakfast was good but food in bar was dreadfull. Both of our meals were returned uneaten. Ate out rest of time.
Disliked: Room was not very well cleaned. Waste bin in room nor bin in bathroom were not emptied when we were out. Bed was made which I had already fixed to suit ourselves. No milk replaced.

Liked: Location & Breakfast was very good
Disliked: The Bass Boom noise through the hotel from a sound system in the hotel for an event.I also did not like two phone calls to my room at 12.10 telling me check out time was 12 O clock.

Liked: It had a pool which the kids loved
Disliked: Rooms are tired and need renovation the carpet was all ripped and frayed. The tiles in the shower needed replacing or re-grouted. there was a lot of signs of wear and tear.
