Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room lovely especially the bathroom.

Disappointing from start to finish,...

Liked: Good selection at breakfast and waiting staff were always polite and friendly. A good location as a base for day trips to Dublin and surrounding areas. Plenty of parking available and never overcrowded.
Disliked: NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY as advertised on their website. On check in we were given the wrong room and no travel cot as requested. We were then moved to another room on a different floor at the end of the corridor where we had to carry a buggy up and down stairs. Room card didn't work two nights in a row. No welcome packs for children as advertised, or games room. Pool was poor and the "family" changing room was anything but family friendly. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was ok but...

Disliked: Our room was located near the wedding hall. It was extremely loud until late. We couldn't open a window because of the noise.The room was extremely warm and stuffy. Asked for a fan a few hours apart to finally receive one..If we were told our room was located near the wedding, we would have cancelled our stay in advance.
