Disliked: The breakfast wasn't wasn't warm

Disliked: Hotel in general bit down at heel and breakfast options were poor

Liked: One morning my wife went to the desk and met a really helpful girl. The bath in room 112 was not working and she organised us to move to room 127.Just wanted to thank her as we didn't know her name and say she was very helpful and nice. Thanks .

Liked: It was convenient for our travels. It was comfortable.

Liked: Location Breakfast Parking Staff
Disliked: Room was red hot and poor design, bathroom large but no shelf/ storage space, A/C very noisy

Liked: Nice hotel nice staff, food was good.
Disliked: Coffee station wasn't refilled in the room and cups weren't cleaned, water wasn't refilled . Room service ended very early for food.

Liked: Although we arrived early due to prior commitments room was made available quickly very much appreciated Room was very good. Very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Bar food and drinks were exceptional. Bar staff excellent Leisure facilities also very good. Parking very convenient Hotels location very good All in all a great stay. Will definitely stay again
